Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Free shipping on all orders over €100+VAT.
- A standard shipping fee of €10 will apply to orders under €100+VAT.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
- Shipping is available to Ireland and Northern Ireland.
- Delivery is expected within 2 to 3 days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- We use An Post and Fastway for our deliveries.
Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods and Number Plates cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (online – order email with order number and date)
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after order date.

Refunds
- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
